| Luxurious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom villa with pool, jacuzzi and games room. This luxurious holiday villa with private heated pool and jacuzzi is situated on the prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando.
This luxurious holiday villa with private heated pool and jacuzzi is situated on the prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando. Solana Resort is one of the premier gated community resorts in the area, It features a large swimming pool, childrens interactive water play area, putting green, shop, snack bar, cyber cafe and a magnificent clubhouse.
Living Room
A comfortable room for relaxing with ample seating including a 3 seater sofa and two 2 seater sofas.
Family Room
The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofa's of which can be converted into a double bed, and an entertainment centre comprising of a large screen cable TV, DVD Player, plus a CD stereo player. For your enjoyment we have also provided a Playstation with a selection of games for little kids and big kids. We also have a selection of board games and books.
Dining Room
The perfect place for the family to enjoy all that home cooking or great local takeaways. The large dining table seats upto 6 people.
Kitchen
The spacious fully equipped Kitchen includes an American Style oven, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker. Within the garage there is a utility area which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided
Bedrooms- 1. Master with King size bed, en-suite and cable TV.

The Pool
The Pool area overlooks open green fields and has a 26' x 12' heated pool with seperate jacuzzi. Around the pool is an extended decking area for sunbathing, provided for your comfort are 4 sun loungers and table with umbrella to seat up to 6 people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. A selection of inflatable lilo's and water toys are there for your enjoyment.
