This exquisite home has been furnished to satisfy the more discerning guests that are looking for a vacation home that is a cut above the rest.
Totally redecorated and fully refurnished and equipped from the corkscrew right up to the major furnishings in February 2010. Quality furnishings and fittings are abundant throughout this wonderful Solana Resort home.
The family room has a wall mounted large flat screen high definition LCD TV. The TV also has a Blue Ray disc player as well as a standard DVD player for your entertainment.
For optimum viewing pleasure there are plush leather sofas in this great family room.
For the younger ones there is a Play Station 3 game console.
This great room has a high cathedral ceiling and a large ceiling fan for your added comfort.
Behind the sumptuous sofas there is an office desk and chair , ideal for setting up the laptop or writing postcards to home!
The formal dining room is furnished with dark wood table and chairs and there is also a breakfast nook and outside patio/lanai tables and chairs for more informal get togethers.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you will need to prepare snacks and family meals. Full size stove/oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, all flatware, glassware and silverware.
There are two bedrooms located at this ground floor level.
Main master bedroom with King size bed with quality bedding, wall mounted 32 inch LCD TV with built in DVD player, luxury dark wood furnishings, dresser, night stands, lamps, clock, ceiling fan, walk in closet.
The master en suite bathroom consists of a large tub bath, walk in shower, toilet and twin his ‘n’ hers sinks, large mirror and vanity lighting, hair dryer.
A Queen bedroom with 32 inch LCD TV and built in DVD player, built in closet, sumptuous bedding, night stand, lamp, clock and chest of drawers.
Whilst not an en suite there is a bathroom just outside this bedroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The last room on the ground floor is our super games room providing fun for all of the family! There is an 8 foot professional slate bed pool table and an air hockey table, ceiling fan and Bistro style table and stools
On the upper level we have more luxury bedrooms
A further King Master suite consisting of King size bed with super comfortable quality bedding, 32 inch wall mounted LCD TV with built in DVD player, walk in closet, nightstand, clock, lamp, ceiling fan.
The private en suite bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 also have high quality King size beds, nightstands, lamps, 32 inch wall mounted LCD TV’s with built in DVD players, built in closets, clocks, lamps, plush bedding and ceiling fans
There is a further family bathroom on this floor consisting of bath with shower, toilet and sink.
Your Florida vacation would not be complete without your own private swimming pool.
This wonderful home has a south facing pool deck to maximize your sunbathing hours!
If the sun gets too much or you do have any rainfall then we have that covered as well, the home has a shady lanai area on the pool deck.
There is ample comfortable poolside furniture with table, chairs and sun loungers.
The villa comes complete with a stainless steel gas bar b q for that al fresco dining experience.
The entire pool deck area is screened in to help keep out any bugs, leaves etc but will still let the sun shine through!
A reasonable degree of privacy is available as the rear boundary has a wall, so no neighboring homes directly at the rear of the villa.
This luxury villa really is a cut above the rest and should not be confused with cheaper imitations! All of this splendor located within a premier gated resort community and just minutes from the theme parks!
