Solana has superb communal facilities, and guests at this villa can enjoy these fabulous facilities which include a 4,000 sq ft clubhouse with shop, cyber cafe, snack bar, resort pool and spa, putting green, volleyball court, and recreation area. These superb facilities make Solana as excellent choice for a Florida holiday.




Situated in the up-market gated community of Solana, this is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, two storey Executive Florida villa furnished and fitted to a high standard with a large pool, a jacuzzi, a games room, 52" television with DVD and internet connection in the lounge, and a television in each bedroom.

The lounge is furnished with large comfortable sofas and an armchair. The dining room with a beautiful 6 seater dining table is adjacent to the well equipped kitchen with all cooking equipment and utensils, crockery, plastic cups & plates for use around the pool, dishwasher, large oven, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast nook seats 4 people for informal dining and overlooks the pool area.

The Master Bedroom has a 6' four poster bed, and an en-suite bathroom with large bath tub, walk in shower and toilet. The second bedroom is fitted with a Queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom consisting of toilet, bath and overhead shower. This bedroom also has a TV. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and large TV, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms are each fitted with twin beds and televisions.

The Games Room consisting of a Pool Table, Foosball Table and Table Tennis Table.

There is a covered lanai for alfresco dining and the large heated pool and spa is south facing. The pool area also has patio furniture and sun beds. The pool has the added advantage of having a gas heating system.
